Nelicia Low

Nelicia Low is a Singaporean director, a former national-team fencer who holds an MFA in directing from Columbia University. Her first feature, Pierce (2024), which she wrote and co-produced between Singapore, Taiwan and Poland, won her the Best Director award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. The film screened at FIJA 2025 under the title En Garde.
