Biography
Hélène Bidard is a French politician and member of the Council of Paris. Appointed Deputy Mayor of Paris in 2014, responsible for gender equality, the fight against discrimination and human rights, she went on, from 2020, to oversee equality, youth and popular education. She spoke at FIJA 2025 during the panel devoted to respecting young people on film sets.
